I am preparing for the launch of this year's (2009) FCSFF. A big change in this year's fest will be the addition of the word "FREE" to all facets of festivities and admissions. Also the involvement of philanthropy should bolster some goodwill towards man and sea.Call for Entries is coming. The focus of this year's fest will be on short films and animations.
